Round 4 saw the team travel up to Mafeild for the weekend of the 27th and 28th. James and Alastair still had one more round after this to complete the 2010 Nationals where as Matthew had already completed his 3 round series and was racing up ant manfeild in the support class. James's weekend:
Alastair's Weekend: " I went in to round 4 with high expectations as last year I performed very well here. It all started off well qualifying for the fourthtime in a row on pole witha 13.1 which is . 5 under the lap record. I was very happy. Race one was very interesting with my foot peg falling off on the warm up lap. [+]
Round 3 at Timaru 29th-31st January. James was entered in Pro Twin on his Suzuki 650, Alastair in 125GP on his Honda RS 125 and Matthew in Streetstock on his Suzuki RG 150. This was the 3rd to last round for James and Alastair but the last for Matthew in the JNR Streetstock Championship.
James Weekend: I thought I would do will at Levels but I still had to ride very hard to stay with Geoff Booth. pushing hard in quilifying I got into a tank slapper coming on to the start/finish straight sending me out on to the grass. I managed to keep it up right and get a time in to put me in second place on the grid.

Round three began with the long drive down to Invercargill to the most southern race track in the world, Teretonga. We set up on Thursday morning at the track planning to get some practice in before official practice on Friday. James and Matthew had already been down once between this and last Nationals but for Alastair, the last time he raced here was 2009 Nationals. Here is how we went:
James's Weekend: weekend started off good qualifying second on the grid. Race one: the lights went out fast but I was ready for it giving me a good start. The whole race I was fighting for first place with my nearest rivel. It was all down to the last lap. Taking a wide line into Castrol corner I got a great drive out of the corner setting me [+]

James's Weekend:
"The weekend started off great for me as I set a great time in qualifying getting pole. But then the weather rolled in. Races 1 and 2 I spent dicing for second ending up 3rd in both races. Race three was the wettest race of them all but I managed to get 2nd. This put me in 3rd place overall in the weekend and showed that I need to improve my wet riding. King of Ruapuna Rnd 2
Saturday the 7thof November was the date of the latest KOR round. It was, for once a nice hot sunny day with little wind attracting some North Island competition for James with Geoff Booth and Alastair having the moto academy coming down. Race One: James finished 3rd after a slow start and started to tear up the lift side of the rear tyre which made exit corners a little more difficult. Alastair, In this 6 lap race finished 1st by 14seconds with a fastest lap of 1.41.444 which he was happy with for the off season heading into Nationals. Matthew came 14th in the first race, which put him in 14th on grid position for [+]
The Greymouth Street Race.
This is a different type of racing, speeding past police stations and bars, knee sliding through stop signs and racing with in touching distance of fans on the side walk.
This was our second year racing at the Grey mouth Street races, apart from Matthew who made is debut on the RG 50. We only race in the buckets class because we want to save our National bikes for the up and coming National series. Also buckets is a fun class,with fun people.
Race One;James finished 6th just behind the CBR of Nick Cain, he had a look down the inside of the second to last corner but it wasn't going to happen. Alastair finished second in front of the winner of the bucket class last year, Brendan Booth and behind Daryl Cotton. [+]
Nationals 7th – 8th March 09. Just a short note on how Alastair and James went at the last round of the nationals in Pukekohe. Friday dawned as a wet day however we were promised improving weather through the day. James first practice was wet but all subsequent practices were dry for both Alastair and James. On Saturday Alastair qualified 3rd fastest in the GP125 to be on the front row between Jaden Hassan and Cameron Jones with a time of 1.05.752. James qualified 6th in the Pro Twin class with a time of 1.09.227. This put him on the outside on the 3rd row. They both had racing on the Saturday with the GP125 race being split into 2 due to Avalon Biddle’s unfortunate accident. Alastair was credited with 1st place when the race was stopped.
